Accordingly, ShapersBliss does not accept returns or provide refunds for reasons including, but not limited to, change of mind, personal preferences, incorrect size selection, or subjective dissatisfaction after delivery. Customers are strongly advised to review all product details, specifications, and sizing information carefully before completing their purchase.
3. Limited Exceptions for Defective or Incorrect Products
Notwithstanding the above, ShapersBliss acknowledges that unforeseen issues may arise during transit or fulfillment. In such rare circumstances where a customer receives a product that is materially damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered, the customer may be eligible for a replacement or, where replacement is not feasible, a refund.
The determination of whether a product qualifies under this exception shall be made solely by ShapersBliss after a thorough review of the evidence provided.
4. Proof and Verification Requirements
To ensure transparency, fairness, and protection against misuse, any claim relating to damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be supported by verifiable evidence. Customers are required to provide a clear and continuous unboxing video demonstrating the condition of the package at the time of opening, along with supporting images that clearly highlight the issue.
Failure to provide sufficient and credible proof at the time of reporting may result in rejection of the claim, as ShapersBliss shall not be able to independently verify the condition of the product after delivery.
5. Timeframe for Reporting Issues
All claims related to damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours from the time of delivery. Requests received beyond this period may not be entertained, as the integrity of the claim cannot be reasonably assessed after the stipulated timeframe.
This time limitation is strictly enforced to ensure operational efficiency and to prevent misuse of the policy.
6. Replacement Procedure
Upon receipt of a valid claim, ShapersBliss will undertake an internal review process. If the claim is approved, a replacement will be arranged without undue delay, subject to product availability and logistical feasibility.
In situations where a replacement product is not available, ShapersBliss reserves the right to issue a refund as a final resolution. The mode and timeline of such refund shall be communicated to the customer upon approval.
7. Refund Conditions and Processing
Refunds are not a standard offering and shall only be considered under exceptional circumstances where replacement is not possible. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period, typically ranging between five (5) to seven (7) business days.
For orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD), customers will be required to provide valid banking or UPI details to facilitate the refund process.
8. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of an order only prior to its processing or dispatch. Once an order has entered the processing stage or has been shipped, cancellation requests shall not be accepted.
ShapersBliss reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests where operational processes have already been initiated.

Such variations shall not be considered defects and shall not qualify for return, replacement, or refund.
